本アプリ「ピッチレコ」（以下、当アプリ）は、ユーザー個人を特定できる情報（氏名、住所、メールアドレス、電話番号など）を収集、保持、または外部のサーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。
2. マイク（音声データ）の利用目的について
当アプリは、楽器や歌唱を解析・グラフ表示し、および音声を録音・再生するために、端末のマイク機能へのアクセスを使用します。
- 録音された音声データおよび解析されたピッチデータは、すべてユーザーの端末内（ローカル環境）でのみ処理および保存されます。
- これらのデータが外部のサーバーに送信されたり、開発者を含む第三者に共有・収集されたりすることは一切ありません。
3. アプリのデータ保存と仕様変更について
当アプリ内で作成されたデータや設定情報は、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
- 今後の機能拡張について: 将来的なアップデートにより、利便性向上のための「iCloud等を利用したバックアップ・同期機能」や、アプリの品質向上のための「デバッグ情報・クラッシュレポートの送信機能」が追加される場合があります。
- これらの機能を追加する際は、アプリ内またはApp Storeのアップデート情報等を通じてユーザーに明示し、必要に応じて同意の取得や設定でのオン/オフ機能を提供します。
4. プライバシーポリシーの変更について

1. Collection of Personal Information
The “PitchReco” application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email address, or phone number).
2. Use of Microphone (Audio Data)
The App requests access to the device’s microphone solely for the purpose of analyzing audio, displaying real-time graphs, and recording/playing back performances.
- All recorded audio data and analyzed data are processed and stored exclusively within the user’s device (locally).
- None of this data is ever transmitted to external servers, nor is it collected or shared with third parties, including the developer.
3. App Data Storage and Future Updates
All recordings and application settings are saved locally on your device.
- Future Feature Extensions: Future updates may introduce “backup and synchronization functions using iCloud or similar services” to improve user convenience, or “debugging information and crash report transmission functions” to improve app quality.
- When adding these features, we will clearly inform users within the App or through the App Store update information, and provide consent prompts or opt-in/opt-out settings as necessary.
4. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The App reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice in accordance with changes to laws or app specifications as described above. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. In the event of significant specification changes, users will be notified through appropriate methods.
